We sell digital audio products, including individually licensed beats and downloadable sound kits / beat packs. All products are delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.

Purchasing a beat grants you a license to use it under the terms of the tier you selected at checkout, not ownership of the underlying composition or master recording, which remain the property of 2ToneRanItUp unless you purchase an Exclusive license.

• Non-exclusive licenses (e.g. Pro, Studio) grant a limited, non-transferable right to use the beat in your own musical work, up to the streaming/usage cap specified for that tier. The beat remains available for other artists to license as well.
• Exclusive licenses grant full exclusive rights to the beat, which is removed from sale to anyone else once purchased. Exact rights transferred are as described on the product's license tier at the time of purchase.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the underlying beat itself under any license tier, including Exclusive, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Purchasing a sound kit or beat pack grants a license to use the included samples, loops, and one-shots in your own musical productions. Reselling or redistributing the raw, unedited sample files themselves — individually or repackaged as another kit — is not permitted.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to run promotional discounts at our discretion.

Digital products are delivered via an instant download link and confirmation email upon successful payment. Download links are time-limited; if yours expires before you've downloaded your files, contact us at beats@2toneranitup.com for a new one.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. In short: due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods, purchases are generally final, with limited exceptions described there.

You're responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout, since that's how your license documents and download links are delivered. We're not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.

You may not use any product purchased from this site in connection with content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke a license in cases of clear misuse.

Products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2ToneRanItUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of purchased products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles, and subject to applicable EU consumer protection law for EU-based customers.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
